TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DRONE ACADÉMIE

All Drone Académie products, any list of Drone Académie products, as well as all content on the Drone Académie website (text, videos, audios, graphics, logos, buttons, images, icons and software components) are the exclusive property of Drone Académie, its suppliers or persons having granted a license of use to Drone Académie. They are protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

Here are our terms and conditions for using our online courses:

  1. It is forbidden to share or publish the site’s paid content;
  2. Only one person is authorized to use an account. It is forbidden to share an account with other people.
  3. Once you have ordered a course, you are not entitled to a refund.
  4. Support for students with questions about the material is not included.

If you have booked a flight review, here is our cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your flight review at least 24 hours in advance, you can reschedule your flight evaluation with your flight evaluator.
  • If you cancel your flight review less than 24 hours in advance, or fail to show up for your flight evaluation, you will be charged a fee of $85.
  • If you cancel the flight review more than 24 hours before your flight review and request a refund, a $20 fee will be charged to your refund.
  • If you cancel the flight review less than 24 hours before your flight review and request a refund, a fee of $85 will be charged to your refund.

Drone Académie Privacy Policy

Drone Académie uses cookies to improve users’ browsing experience, offer personalized advertising or content and analyze traffic. Drone Académie also uses a point-of-sale system with Stripe and Paypal to manage payments for goods and services, as well as other customer interactions. Finally, we collect information on our customers when they register for a course, and on our subcontractors when they add a course to the employee portal. This “Privacy Policy” explains how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise treat our customers’ personal information in this context.

Information collected

Payment information

When you make a payment using Woocommerce, we collect information about the transaction, which may include personal data. Transaction information includes the payment card used, the name associated with the payment card, the date and time of the transaction, the amount of the transaction and the goods or services purchased as part of the transaction.

Other information provided at time of order

We may collect other information complementary to payment. This information may include :

  • Other information you provide, such as your date of birth, interests or preferences, ratings and comments

Information collected about our subcontractors

We may collect information about our contractors and their interactions with the employee portal, such as the date, time, duration and location of the service. We also collect the e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of our subcontractors.
